Score AI bahis tavsiyesi sunmaz. Uygulamadaki analiz, tahmin ve öneriler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; yatırım, finans ya da bahis tavsiyesi niteliği taşımaz. Yapay zekâ çıktıları yanılabilir; finansal kararlarınızı yalnızca bu çıktılara dayandırmamalısınız. Tüm bahis kararlarından ve sonuçlarından yalnızca kullanıcı sorumludur.

01Şartların Kabulü

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar" veya "EULA"), Score AI — Live Match Analysis mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama" veya "Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenleyen yasal bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirir, kurar veya kullanırsanız bu Şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.

02Hizmet Tanımı

Score AI, futbol maçları için yapay zekâ destekli analiz, tahmin, kupon değerlendirmesi ve sohbet asistanı sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmet üç katmandan oluşur:

  • Ücretsiz Özellikler: Temel maç verileri, sınırlı analiz hakları
  • Kredi Sistemi: Tek seferlik satın alımlarla edinilen analiz/sohbet hakları
  • VIP Abonelik: Sınırsız analiz, kupon değerlendirmesi ve gelişmiş AI özellikleri

03AI Sorumluluk Reddi

Score AI tarafından üretilen tüm analizler, tahminler ve öneriler yapay zekâ modelleri tarafından olasılıksal yöntemlerle oluşturulur ve doğruluk garantisi taşımaz. Geçmiş istatistikler, form bilgileri ve diğer veriler dikkate alınarak öngörü üretilir; ancak spor karşılaşmalarının sonuçları doğası gereği tahmin edilemezdir.

AI çıktılarına dayanarak verdiğiniz tüm kararlardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Score AI ve geliştiricileri; AI çıktılarının doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu konusunda hiçbir garanti vermez.

04Bahis Tavsiyesi Değildir

Score AI BİR BAHİS PLATFORMU DEĞİLDİR ve BAHİS TAVSİYESİ SUNMAZ. Hizmetimiz; istatistiksel analiz ve eğitsel amaçlarla, futbol maçlarına ilişkin bilgi ve öngörü sunar.

Uygulama herhangi bir bahis sitesi, bahis aracı veya kumar hizmeti içermez; bunlara yönlendirme yapmaz. Kullanıcının bu bilgileri kumar/bahis amaçlı kullanması tamamen kendi sorumluluğundadır ve Türkiye'de yasadışı bahse karşı düzenlenmiş yasalar gereği yasal sonuçlar doğurabilir (7258 sayılı Kanun).

Türkiye'de yalnızca Spor Toto Teşkilat Başkanlığı ve İddaa bayilikleri yasal bahis sağlayıcısıdır. Score AI hiçbir yasadışı bahis platformu ile bağlantılı değildir.

05Uygunluk ve Yaş

Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında ve bulunduğunuz yargı bölgesinde sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip olmanız gerekir. 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar Hizmeti kullanamaz. Bu yaşın altındaysanız uygulamayı silmeli ve hesap oluşturmamalısınız.

06Hesap Kaydı

  • Hesabınızı doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgilerle oluşturmakla yükümlüsünüz.
  • Hesap şifrenizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden sorumlusunuz.
  • Birden fazla hesap oluşturmak, başka bir kullanıcının hesabını kullanmak veya hesabınızı satmak yasaktır.
  • Yetkisiz erişim fark ederseniz derhal scoreailivematch@gmail.com adresine bildirin.

07Kullanıcı Davranış Kuralları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapamazsınız:

  • Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, decompile etmek, kaynak kodunu çıkarmak veya türev çalışma üretmek
  • Otomatik araçlar, botlar, scraper'lar veya komut dosyaları kullanarak Hizmete erişmek
  • Başka kullanıcıların hesaplarına izinsiz erişmek veya hesap bilgilerini almaya çalışmak
  • Hizmeti yasadışı, dolandırıcılık amaçlı veya başkalarına zarar verecek şekilde kullanmak
  • Hizmetin altyapısına aşırı yük bindiren, bozucu veya yıkıcı istekler göndermek
  • Telif hakkıyla korunan içerikleri izinsiz çoğaltmak, dağıtmak veya satmak
  • AI sohbet veya analiz özellikleri üzerinden nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık, taciz, şiddete teşvik içeren içerik üretmeye çalışmak

08Abonelikler ve Otomatik Yenileme

VIP Abonelik aşağıdaki şartlar altında sunulur:

  • Abonelik satın alımı Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden yapılır.
  • Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID veya Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat öncesine kadar seçilen planın güncel fiyatı üzerinden hesabınıza yansıtılır.
  • Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından (App Store → Apple ID → Abonelikler veya Google Play → Abonelikler) yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
  • Mevcut bir aboneliğiniz varken yeni abonelik satın alımı, ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.

Abonelik kapsamı ve süresi: VIP Abonelik aylık veya yıllık olarak sunulur; aktif olduğu sürece sınırsız AI analiz, sınırsız kupon değerlendirmesi ve sınırsız AI sohbet erişimi sağlar. Plan detayları ve güncel fiyatlandırma uygulama içinde gösterilir.

09Krediler (Tek Seferlik Alımlar)

Kredi paketi satın alımlarıyla edinilen krediler:

  • Sanal, devredilemez ve geri ödenemez dijital varlıklardır.
  • Yalnızca hesabınızda kullanılabilir; satılamaz, transfer edilemez, nakde çevrilemez.
  • Hesap kapatılması veya silinmesi durumunda kullanılmamış krediler kaybolur.
  • Krediler kullanıldıktan veya hesap silindikten sonra iadesi yapılmaz.

10Ücretsiz Deneme

Ücretsiz deneme süreci sunulduğunda:

  • Deneme süresinin sonunda iptal edilmemişse abonelik otomatik olarak ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
  • Ücret, cihazınıza bağlı App Store/Play Store hesabından tahsil edilir.
  • Deneme süresi yalnızca her kullanıcıya bir kez tanımlanır.
  • Deneme süresi içinde iptal: abonelik ayarlarınızdan en az 24 saat önce yapmalısınız.

11İptal ve İade

İptal: Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal mevcut dönem sonunda yürürlüğe girer; o ana kadar erişiminiz devam eder.

İade: Abonelik iadeleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple App Store / Google Play) iade politikasına tabidir:

Uygulama geliştiricisi olarak Apple/Google üzerinden yapılan satın almalar için doğrudan iade yapamayız; iade kararları ilgili mağazanın takdirindedir.

12Satın Alma Geri Yükleme

Uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinizde veya cihazınızı değiştirdiğinizde mevcut aboneliğinizi/satın almalarınızı uygulama içindeki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" seçeneği ile geri yükleyebilirsiniz (Profil → Abonelik). Sistem, Apple ID/Google hesabınıza bağlı mevcut satın almaları otomatik tanır.

13Fiyat Değişiklikleri

Abonelik fiyatlarını değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Fiyat artışları en az 30 gün öncesinden uygulama içinden ve/veya e-posta ile bildirilir. Yeni fiyat sonraki yenileme döneminde geçerli olur. Yeni fiyatı kabul etmek istemiyorsanız aboneliğinizi yürürlük tarihinden önce iptal edebilirsiniz.

14Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama, logosu, tasarımı, kaynak kodu, içerikleri, AI üretimi şablonları ve bunlara ilişkin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Score AI'ya aittir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hukuku ile korunur.

AI tarafından oluşturulan analiz çıktılarının kişisel kullanım hakkı size aittir; ticari amaçla yeniden satılması, ücretli platformlarda yayınlanması veya kitlesel dağıtımı yasaktır.

15Lisans Hakkı

Score AI, bu Şartlara uymanız koşuluyla, uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir. Lisans hak devri içermez; uygulamadaki tüm haklar saklıdır.

16Hizmetin Sonlandırılması

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı bildirimle veya bildirimsiz askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız saklıdır. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil). Hesap kapatma; ödenmemiş ücretler veya yasal yükümlülükler dahil önceki edimleri ortadan kaldırmaz.

17Garanti Reddi

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Uygulanabilir yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Score AI; satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk, kesintisizlik, hatasızlık veya ihlal etmeme dahil olmak üzere açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermez.

18Sorumluluk Sınırlandırması

Uygulanabilir yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Score AI; doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel, cezalandırıcı veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (kâr kaybı, veri kaybı, bahis kaybı, kullanım kaybı, itibar kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) sorumlu değildir.

Tüm taleplere ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ay içinde tarafımıza ödediğiniz tutarı veya 100 ABD Dolarını (hangisi yüksekse) geçemez.

19Apple-Spesifik Şartlar

Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz aşağıdaki ek şartlar geçerlidir:

  • Bu Şartlar yalnızca Score AI ile sizin aranızda akdedilmiştir; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir.
  • Apple'ın uygulamaya ilişkin destek veya bakım sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
  • Uygulamadaki ürün garantisi taleplerinizden Apple sorumlu tutulamaz.
  • Üçüncü taraf fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddiaları yalnızca Score AI'nın sorumluluğundadır.
  • Apple ve iştirakleri bu Şartların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve şartları uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
  • Uygulamayı, ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı veya "terörist destekçisi ülkeler" olarak belirlediği bir ülkede kullanmadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

20Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır. Bu Şartlardan kaynaklanan veya bunlarla bağlantılı tüm uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri münhasıran yetkilidir.

Tüketici niteliğindeki kullanıcılar için, ikamet yargı yerindeki tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

21Şartların Değişmesi

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler en az 30 gün öncesinden uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile duyurulur. Güncelleme sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Güncel sürüm her zaman scoreailive.github.io/terms.html adresinde yayınlanır.

Important Notice

Score AI does not provide betting advice. Analyses, predictions, and suggestions in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, or betting advice. AI outputs can be wrong; do not base financial decisions solely on them. The user is solely responsible for any betting decisions and outcomes.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") form a legal agreement governing your use of the Score AI — Live Match Analysis mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

02Description of Service

Score AI is a mobile application offering AI-powered analysis, predictions, coupon evaluation, and a chat assistant for football matches. The Service consists of three tiers:

  • Free features: basic match data, limited analysis allowances
  • Credit system: analysis/chat allowances purchased one-time
  • VIP Subscription: unlimited analysis, coupon evaluation, and advanced AI features

03AI Disclaimer

All analyses, predictions, and suggestions generated by Score AI are produced by AI models using probabilistic methods and carry no guarantee of accuracy. Forecasts are generated based on historical statistics, current form, and other data; however, the outcomes of sports events are inherently unpredictable.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI outputs. Score AI and its developers make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs.

If you encounter inappropriate, incorrect, or harmful AI content, please report it to scoreailivematch@gmail.com.

04Not Betting Advice

SCORE AI IS NOT A BETTING PLATFORM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE BETTING ADVICE. Our service provides information and forecasts about football matches for statistical analysis and educational purposes.

The App does not contain any betting site, betting tool, or gambling service, nor does it redirect to such services. Any use of this information for gambling/betting purposes is solely the user's responsibility and may have legal consequences under applicable laws (in Türkiye, Law No. 7258).

In Türkiye, only Spor Toto and İddaa dealerships are licensed betting providers. Score AI is not affiliated with any illegal betting platform.

05Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Users under 18 may not use the Service. If you are under this age, you must delete the App and refrain from creating an account.

06Account Registration

  • You must create your account with accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
  • Creating multiple accounts, using another user's account, or selling your account is prohibited.
  • Notify us at scoreailivematch@gmail.com immediately of any unauthorized access.

07User Conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or create derivative works of the App
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
  • Access other users' accounts without permission or attempt to obtain account credentials
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Send requests that overload, disrupt, or impair the Service infrastructure
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to generate content via AI chat or analysis features that includes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or incitement to violence

08Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

VIP Subscription is offered under the following terms:

  • Subscription purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current price of the chosen plan.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device account settings (App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions) after purchase.
  • Purchasing a new subscription while one is active is subject to the relevant store's rules.

Subscription scope and duration: VIP Subscription is offered on a monthly or yearly basis; while active, it provides unlimited AI analysis, unlimited coupon evaluation, and unlimited AI chat access. Plan details and current pricing are shown in the App.

09Credits (One-Time Purchases)

Credits purchased through credit packages are:

  • Virtual, non-transferable, non-refundable digital assets.
  • Usable only in your account; may not be sold, transferred, or converted to cash.
  • Forfeited if your account is closed or deleted (any unused credits are lost).
  • Non-refundable once used or after account deletion.

10Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered:

  • The subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
  • Charges are billed to your App Store/Play Store account on your device.
  • A free trial is offered only once per user.
  • To cancel before the trial ends, do so at least 24 hours before in your subscription settings.

11Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you retain access until then.

Refunds: Subscription refunds are subject to the refund policy of the relevant store (Apple App Store / Google Play):

As the developer, we cannot directly refund purchases made through Apple/Google; refund decisions are at the discretion of the relevant store.

12Restoring Purchases

When you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription/purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app (Profile → Subscription). The system automatically detects existing purchases tied to your Apple ID/Google account.

13Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price increases are notified at least 30 days in advance in-app and/or via email. New prices apply at the next renewal period. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

14Intellectual Property

The App, its logo, design, source code, content, AI prompt templates, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Score AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain a personal-use right to AI-generated analyses; commercial resale, publication on paid platforms, or mass distribution is prohibited.

15License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Score AI grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license does not include any right of transfer; all rights in the App are reserved.

16Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Termination does not extinguish prior obligations, including unpaid fees or legal obligations.

17Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Score AI makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or non-infringement.

18Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Score AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, betting losses, loss of use, or loss of reputation).

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or USD $100, whichever is greater.

19Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between Score AI and you only; Apple is not a party to this agreement.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for any product warranty claims related to the App.
  • Third-party intellectual property infringement claims are solely Score AI's responsibility.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting".

20Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Istanbul.

For users who qualify as consumers, the right to file a claim in their local consumer courts is reserved.

21Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via in-app notification or email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new Terms. The current version is always published at scoreailive.github.io/terms.html.
